House of Reborns Policies

Payment Policy

House of Reborns may offer a “2-Easy Payment” plan upon request. The first installment will include 50% of the purchase price, applicable taxes and shipping cost. The second installment will be due on the same date the following month in full. (Example...the first installment was made April 19th, then the second installment is due on or before mid-night on May 19th in full). 

House of Reborns reserves the right to allow up to 7 days after the final due date for payment. Failure to pay in full will result in forfeit of the transaction. No refund will be issued. 

Refunds & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, deposits are non-refundable and exchanges are prohibited.

Additional Policy (Shipping)

Shipping dates on each work order are estimations only. Usually an order will be ready to ship within 2-3 weeks.  The company issues a work order to each buyer with an estimated shipping date prior to the delivery week. 

Requests to make changes prior to the shipping date may require additional processing time and will delay the delivery process. A specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed. 

Orders can not be expedited to accommodate unplanned life events, however, they can be forwarded to another address before the item is shipped. A signature is always required to ensure a package is not left on a doorstep unattended or subject to extreme weather conditions.

We can not accept responsibility for damages occurring in transit. Insurance can be requested at an additional cost. We can not accept responsible for delays of shipments in transit due to weather or other transportation issues.
